Booking & Payment

How do I make a booking?
You can book through the website or by DM on Instagram.
When is a booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been completed.
How does payment work?
Full payment is required at the time of booking. No payment is required on the day of the shoot.
What payment methods are accepted?
Online payment, (Credit Card)
What happens if I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact me as soon as possible.
Refunds are calculated as a percentage of your total booking payment:
- 14 or more days before your session: 90% refund.
- 7–13 days before your session: 70% refund.
- Less than 7 days before your session: 50% refund.
* The remaining amount is retained as a cancellation fee.
* Cancellation timing is based on when your request is received, using Seoul time (KST).
Can I cancel on the day of the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances?
Yes. Please contact me before your scheduled session begins. Same-day cancellations receive a 50% refund under the cancellation policy above.
What happens if the photographer doesn't show up?
You'll receive a 100% refund of all payments made (including the deposit), plus a 30% discount on rebooking.
What happens if I (the customer) don't show up?
The deposit is non-refundable. A 15% discount is offered on rebooking.
What if the photographer arrives late?
The delay is deducted from the agreed shooting time.
Can I get makeup or styling done?
This service is not currently offered.
How do I arrange hanbok, outfits, or props?
These must be rented and paid for separately by the customer.
What if it rains on the day of my shoot?
Light rain does not always mean the shoot has to be cancelled. We can discuss the conditions together and decide whether to proceed.
In the case of severe weather, rescheduling will be our first option. If rescheduling is not possible due to your travel schedule, 90% of the total payment will be refunded,
with 10% retained as a cancellation fee.
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds are processed through Toss Payments by cancelling all or part of the original card payment, according to the applicable refund policy.
The refund will be returned to the card used for payment. Processing time depends on your card issuer.

Editing & Delivery

When will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a curated preview gallery within 3 calendar days after your session. Once you’ve submitted your final photo selection, your professionally edited photos will be delivered through a private online gallery within 7 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in South Korea.
How many preview photos will I receive?
Your preview gallery will include a curated selection of photos from your session. The approximate number varies by package:

Classic: 100–150 preview photos
Private Story: 200–300 preview photos
Photographer for a Day — Half day: 300–400 preview photos
Photographer for a Day — Full day: 500–600 preview photos

The exact number may vary depending on the session’s pace, activities, and shooting conditions.
You’ll choose your favorites from this gallery for professional editing, up to the number included in your package.

* Preview photos are unedited JPEG images provided for photo selection.
* They do not represent the final color, exposure, or finish of your edited photos.
Can I request additional edited photos?
Yes. Additional edited photos are available for US$10 per image.
Send me the photo numbers you’d like to add, and I’ll confirm the total cost and send you a payment link.
Editing of the additional photos will begin once payment is completed.
How are the photos edited?
Each selected photo is professionally adjusted for exposure, white balance, tone, color, cropping, and straightening to create a natural and polished final image.
What if I don't like the photos taken?
The photography fee is non-refundable based on personal preference. However, during the photo selection stage, you may request
one additional selection round from the available preview images.
What if I’d like changes to the edited photos?
One round of reasonable editing adjustments is included.
Additional requests may incur an extra fee.
What files will I receive?
You’ll receive professionally edited, high-resolution JPEG files of your selected photos.
Do you provide detailed retouching?
Detailed retouching such as body reshaping, clothing adjustments, or removing objects from the background is not included in the standard service.
Specific retouching requests may be available for an additional fee and should be discussed in advance.
Can I receive the RAW files?
RAW files are not included in the standard delivery.
If you would like to receive the RAW files of your selected photos in addition to the final edited JPEGs,
they are available as an optional add-on for an additional 20% of the booking price.
Please note that RAW files are unprocessed camera originals and may appear darker, flatter, or different in color from the finished images.
RAW files are available only for the photos included in your final selection, not for the entire shoot.

Location & Timing

What does “one location” mean?
One location means one general area, such as Gyeongbokgung Palace. During the session,
we can move between several photo spots within that area to create a variety of backgrounds and compositions.
Travel between separate locations is not included in the Classic session.
Can you shoot in cities other than Seoul?
No, shoots outside Seoul are not available.
Can you shoot in special locations like hiking trails?
No.
Can you provide vehicle pickup?
No.
What are the available shooting hours?
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Can you shoot at night in the city?
Available upon consultation.
Can I book a full-day shoot around Seoul?
Available upon consultation.
