Free Photo Session in Seoul

MOMENTIK is inviting around 10 groups of international visitors and foreign residents in
Korea to join a free, relaxed photo session in Seoul. Come on your own or with one companion. 
Enjoy a one-hour session and select up to 10 photos to be professionally edited.

This promotion helps build MOMENTIK’s Seoul photography portfolio.
Participation requires consent to the use of your photos on MOMENTIK’s website and online channels, including Instagram and TikTok.
After you apply, I’ll personally get back to you within 48 hours to arrange the date and place.

*About Costs
The session is free, and I cover my own travel within central Seoul. You cover your own transportation. Since the session is free, if you choose a place with an entry fee, you cover admission for both you and the photographer. We'll confirm any costs together before your booking is confirmed.

Before You Book

How many photos will I receive?
After the session, you’ll receive previews and choose up to 10 photos.
Your selected photos will be edited and delivered within three days after you complete your selection.
Are previews the final photos?
No. Previews are for photo selection. Your final deliverables are the edited versions of your selected photos.
Can I receive all original files or request additional edits?
The complete set of original files is not provided. Additional editing or retouching requests are not available.
What does “one location” mean?
One location means one general area in Seoul. We can use several photo spots within that area during the one-hour session.
Are there any location restrictions?
Locations must be easy to reach by public transportation. Sessions requiring hiking are excluded.
We cannot shoot at swimming pools or other locations where permission is difficult to obtain, required permission has not been confirmed,
or photography could interfere with other people’s privacy or comfort.
We’ll agree on the location in advance and may suggest an alternative if needed.
How is my booking confirmed?
Submitting an application does not confirm a booking.
We’ll contact you individually to agree on the date, time, location and participation conditions before confirming your session.
Photo Use & Your Privacy
Participation in this free session requires consent to the use of your session photos to promote MOMENTIK on
its website and online channels, including Instagram and TikTok.
 
Your name, contact details and social media account will not be published. However, your face and the location may be visible in the photos.
 
Each participant, including any companion, must personally confirm their consent. Your consent does not replace your companion’s consent.
For participants under 18, consent from a parent or legal guardian must be confirmed separately.
 
You may freely use your delivered photos for personal purposes.
Commercial use requires prior permission from MOMENTIK and credit to the photographer or MOMENTIK.
Can I book a paid session later?
You may contact MOMENTIK separately about a paid session after your free session. Paid sessions require a separate booking.

Tell us your preferred dates, who will join you and the kind of photos you would like.
02. Confirm the details
We’ll contact you individually to agree on the schedule, meeting point, location and participation conditions.
Each participant must confirm their own photo-use consent.
03. Enjoy your session
Spend one relaxed hour in one area of Seoul. Come on your own or with one companion.
04. Choose your photos
Receive your preview gallery and select up to 10 photos for editing.
05. Receive your edited photos
Your selected photos will be edited and delivered within three days after you complete your selection.
